Personalized & Custom Items
Due to the nature of our business, personalized or customized items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

This includes any products featuring a specific name, custom text, or unique design created specifically for you, such as our personalized tumblers and custom stickers.

We strongly encourage you to double-check all spelling and design details before finalizing your order, as we produce items based exactly on the information provided.
Standard Items
For non-customized products (ready-to-ship decor or standard supplies), we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
